Your service information

Hand & Hand Pro Services receives the name, email, phone number, service address, ZIP code, item description, preferred appointment time, and photos you choose to submit. We use this information to review your project, prepare a quote, contact you, and arrange your service.

Photos and phone permissions

The mobile app lets you choose pictures from your photo library or take a photo. Camera access is requested when you choose to take a photo. Pictures you submit are stored with your service request and are available to the business owner through the private dashboard.

Request references

The mobile app stores your request references securely on your device so you can check your quote and appointment status. Your request itself is saved on our server. Keep your request reference and status link private: anyone with that reference can view the service, quote, appointment status, and customer-facing notes. Contact details and photos are not included in the public status response.

Payments

Our team may attach a secure Stripe invoice link to your private request page and record verified payments. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not collect card numbers or bank credentials through this booking form. Payment records on this website are updated manually and may lag behind Stripe.

Service providers and retention

We use hosting and storage providers to operate the booking service. We do not add advertising trackers to this app. We retain service requests and photos to manage and follow up on your project. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Removing a reference from your phone does not delete the server record.
